Acknowledgments

Declaring that you signed a document voluntarily.

Please Bring:

  • Completed Document (including all pages).

  • Valid Photo ID.

Jurats / Oaths

Swearing or affirming that the contents of a document are true.

Please Bring:

  • The Unsigned Document (must be signed in front of the notary).

  • Valid Photo ID.

Copy Certification

Confirming that a copy of a primary document is a true reproduction.

Please Bring:

  • The Original Document.

  • A High-quality Photocopy

*Standard Size copies can be made and purchased on location

Signature Witnessing

Certifying that the notary witnessed the individual sign the document.

Please Bring:

  • The Unsigned Document (must be signed in front of the notary).

  • Valid Photo ID.

Fingerprinting Service

Required for:

  • State & Federal Background Checks

  • Professional Licensing

  • Security Clearances

Please Bring:

  • Two Forms of Valid Government-Issued ID

  • Relevant Authorization Forms

Accepted Forms of Identification

To ensure a smooth process, please bring one of the following current (unexpired) forms of identification:

  • State-Issued Driver’s License or Non-Driver ID

  • U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card

  • U.S. Military ID

  • Foreign Passport (must be stamped by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services)

Important Policy Notice:

Notarization is performed at the sole discretion of the Notary Public. Please be advised that insufficient or expired identification—or the absence of the signer—will result in a refusal to notarize. We cannot provide legal advice or assist in drafting legal documents.

Availability & Scheduling

We understand your time is valuable. While we strive to accommodate everyone, we highly recommend booking a time slot to ensure a notary is available precisely when you arrive.

  • Walk-in Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Appointments: Strongly encouraged for faster service.

Quick Checklist Before You Arrive:

  1. Do Not Sign: For Jurats and Signature Witnessing, wait until you are in the presence of the notary.

  2. Bring All Pages: Even if only one page needs a seal, the notary must see the entire document to ensure it is complete.

  3. Bring Your Witnesses: If your document requires additional witnesses, please bring them with you (and ensure they have valid ID).
